The A2A Database Project

Welcome to the Archaea to Atmosphere Database (A2A-DB), a cross-disciplinary database designed to store all the data generated and analyzed by the NASA-funded Archaea to Atmosphere (A2A) project (grant # NNX17AK10G). The goal of A2A is to understand methane emissions in thawing permafrost landscapes, from micro to global scales.

The A2A-DB and the IsoGenie Database (IsoGenieDB) are overlapping Neo4j graph databases that integrate data in a shared queryable framework, now under the EMERGE Database (EMERGE-DB). The code used for importing data is open source, and is available on our Bitbucket page.
